R12.2 perl adcfgclone.pl appsTier dualfs - Failes

In Upgrade Project I am testing R12.2 Rapid Clone from TEST(Upgraded to 12.2.7) to DEV(also upgraded before cloned over).

Following MOS note Cloning Oracle E-Business Suite Release 12.2 with Rapid Clone (Doc ID 1383621.1)

But used Advanced option for DB part, RMAN Active Duplicate - that completed successfully, and database is up.

Getting error in:

perl adcfgclone.pl appsTier dualfs

SQL> SELECT ad_zd_adop.get_node_type('<target primary node>') FROM DUAL

ERROR at line 1:

ORA-01422: exact fetch returns more than requested number of rows

ORA-06512: at "APPS.AD_ZD_ADOP", line 3062

Anyone come across this error?
