Exadata PDU Firmware Upgrade

Hi experts ,

I am trying to upgrade Exadata PDU to from 1.06 to 2.04 version , while performing the firmware upgrade when i click on browse and pass the DL file, after couple of seconds it give me error UPDATE ERROR CLICK RELOAD .

I still havent tried resetting the PDU, this is one of the option i am looking for.

If any other option is available , kindly help.
