Critical date email notifications in Lease admin

Hi All

We are exploring critical dates email notifications in lease admin and email template for options is setup to use %MSG% as a field. Per peoplebooks this should trigger email message with the text specified on the critical dates page in email text.

In the email we are instead getting the general description that we specified while setting up option types

Anybody else having similar issues?
