Reports and Printing Analyzer is running

WQe have installed the Reports and Printing Analyzer to run as a concurrent request. When we execute, the parameter it asks for is the request ID - which I'm assuming means the concurrent request id of a completed request. JUpon completion, the output of the Report and Printing Analyzer is:

Reports and Printing Analyzer is running... Enter value for 5: EXEC FND_CONC_STAT.COLLECT; DECLARE * ERROR at line 1: ORA-06502: PL/SQL: numeric or value error: character to number conversion error ORA-06512: at line 5

Not sure what this means??
