attached different files but the display name is the same.

Dear Expert,

My Customer is using JDE OneWorld 810, When user attach files in JDE, the attachment  automatically rename to same name.

But actually the file are different.

For example below customer account in Address book revision interface.

Have you all experience that before and kindly help how to troubleshoot this problem.
