We are facing some issues with Golden Tax Adaptor responsibility.

Trying to solve them, we found the Doc ID 1585515.1, but this does not include a patch number in order to provide a solution.

Instead of that,it includes the message below:

3. Recommended Patches

R12.AR.B: Did not find a RELEASED patch, please contact the E-Business Patching Community for assistance.

Could you please help us to identify what patch could help us as part of solution for Doc ID 1585515.1 ?
