TR Upgrade and moving machines in one step - Opinions?

Hi,

we're planning to upgrade an environment from Tools 9.1.5.7 to 9.2.2.5 and in the same step we want to move to newer machines. So far - is that a good idea? Application Release is 9.1

Here's the path we thought of:

- Install Server Manager Console 9.2.2.5 on new deployment server

- Install new web- and application servers 9.2.2.5

- import E910 database export (old environment has 11.2) into new server running 12.2

- Move old Deployment Server (Windows 2008 R2) to new Windows Server 2016 machine (i know, 2016 is not supported on 9.1.5.7) and import E1LOCAL on new machine (both steps according to E1: INST: How to Change out a Deployment Server for EnterpriseOne Releases Xe - 9.2 (
