Job Cost - R51091R in 9.0 vs R51091in 9.2

Hello,

I am trying to confirm up some NET NEW changes we noticed while we are upgrading to 9.2 from 9.0  on P51091.

In 9.0 when we copy the cost codes/types , the system does not kick off a R51091  (We used P51091|ZJDE0005)

IN 9.2 when we do the same process, we noticed that the system automatically creates a R51091.

Is this a NET NEW or is there processing options that control this ?

Please advise.
