I just went through the readme of these RSF patches.

It says

This document describes how you can install the DST patch for bug#  13417321  on your Oracle Database 11g Release 11.1.0.7.0

This document describes how you can install the CORE DST patch for bug 13417321 on your Oracle Database 10g Release 10.1.0.5.0.

I am bit confused here and have below queries.

- These patches are for Forms and FMW WebTier tech stacks and need to be applied under Forms and FMW Webtier home, then why does the readme says its for Oracle Database 10g and 11g
- Are these patches applicable for Forms and FMW Webtier tech stacks where DB is of 10g or 11g version
