How is shading and font size set on Planning 11.1.2.4.006.06?

Hello,

The screen on the left is a screen shot before I changed the form. I added a row beneath Café Revenue and another one beneath Cafe CoGS. I lost the blue shading and font size from the new row down. How is this controlled in Planning? There are no validation rules on the form, and my research leads me to think this cannot be done inherently within the product.
