Address Number Invalid when working with shipment

Hi All,

When trying to select shipment and work with Routing option i get Address Number-Invalid error:-

ER Details:
    Form  P4980_W4980A
    Event  Last Grid Record Has Been Read
    Line No  59
BSFN Details:
    Source File  VerifyAndGetF0101ForOP.java (in package com.peoplesoft.e1.bsfn.b4000880)
    Error ID  0037
    BSFN DSTR Item  1

All the address number are setup correctly. Is this related to Row security?
