Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. BSSV package deployment

Hi Team,

My understating is because on fat client Local web is configured which used to communicate Server manager thats why we use Fat client.

But I saw If we use Deployment server with JDE user id than also we are able to deploy BSSV package.

1. Why we always use fat client for deploying BSSV package, Any specific reason ?

2. Can we use Deployment server for deploying BSSV package or not ?
