Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. Data selection for web/client and web only version

Hi Team,

User is trying to select Dala selection options from row menu for web/client(both) version type and getting below error.

It will allow for data selection if we click on OK than select data selection but from row menu getting below error.

Error:

This action is unavailable for this version type.it may only be performed on web only versions

But if user use web only version he is able to select data selection option from row menu.

Can any one share oracke doc or explain the things.

We have explained him that this is default funcanakity, but user wants some written document from Oracle.
