Work Order duration is zero when Asset Activity is selected

I have created a Work Order from an Asset that has an Activity associated to it. This activity has an Operation with required hours and assigned units. I select Create Work Order from the Asset tab and select the Activity at the Work Order header and then Save. I get a confirmation that the Work Order is saved however the Scheduled Start and Completion Dates are the same and the Duration is 0. When I open the Operation, I can see the hours and assigned Units from the Activity, however there is a 0 duration there also. Clicking on Estimate
