em13c sql server plugin - availability evaluation error

Attempting to configure monitoring credentials for 2 node sql server cluster.  We installed agents to both physical nodes and agents are healthy and upload sucessfully.  Host monitoring  is working.   We  are able to test the monitoring credentials for sql server targets using jdbc:sqlserver://hostname:1526;instanceName=virtual. But SqlServer targets are showing 'availability evaluation error'.
