Issue with Scheduler in 9.2

We are upgrading from 9.0 to 9.2 with TR 9.2.2.4. While testing the JDE scheduler we are noticing a strange behaviour with all our jobs. As a job is launched the first time the scheduler is sending 2 jobs to the queues. One with the correct date and other one with a start date of 01/02/1970 (05:00:00), irrespective of when we launch the jobs. The very next instance for the same job just runs fine with only 1 job sent to the queues.

This behaviour is same across all jobs be it daily, weekly or monthly. Once the first job has run with 2 instance, the subsequent launches are fine. We can replicate it at will and we have not seen this problem in 9.0 but in 9.2.
