Is there any way to add the user's responsibility to the banner of the OAF pages?

On the OAF pages, there is Oracle and the name of the module. Is there any way to display the user's responsibility in the banner of the OAF page?

I would like to put the responsibility the user used to launch the window in the very middle of the window. It is standard functionality in the forms:
