Rationale/White Paper for Generate Lease Details Report
We are on R 12.2.6 and went live on Oracle EBS recently. We are currently prepping up for a CRP session to demonstrate to the client the suitability of Oracle Property Manager application with regards to IFRS 16 compliance.
The phaseII patch 27606088 has already been applied and we have set up the initial configuration, created a lease and ran the programs Generate ROU Assets and Liability Balances with streams and Generate Lease Details Report (sample attached)
Any whitepaper depicting the logic/formulas/rationale used to calculate lease liability, amortization and interest expense calculations. Need to validate the calculations that we are using with the Oracle seeded calculations
