Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. in oracle goldengate 12.3 i see the warning why?

i am not found result in MOS

OGG-15419 Standby Redo Logs were not detected on the downstream database
