PSU Patch for database

Hi My databases are 11.2.04 EE edition on Oracle Linux 64 bit. I am  planing to apply PSU patches. I found following artical as need to find which is PSU to apply.

Critical Patch Update (CPU) Program July 2018 Patch Availability Document (PAD) (Doc ID 2394520.1)

Under this doc , I found  two PSU combo patches  Patch

28317175, 28317183 -CVE-2018-2939, CVE-2018-3004, CVE-2018-3110

27734982           - CVE-2018-2939

Database 11.2.0.4 Proactive Patch Information (Doc ID 2285559.1)

Under this doc , I found  one PSU combo patches  Patch

DB PSU Patch 27734982

Could you please confirm which PSU is latest to apply.
