Transfer Asset back to Inventory using Asset tracking: Accounting entries

Hi All

We moved Inventory serialized items from Inventory to FAR using asset tracking.(No Projects)(Asset In Service)

Is it possible to move this Assets now back to Inventory.

In my mind it will stay in the asset register and physically be in an inventory location.(Status in OAT Asset not in use) The item will be available in Inventory.

Can someone confirm if I am on the right track. What accounting entries can I expect.
