Rename an HFM 11.2.4 application

In the older HFM version (pre 11.1.2.4)  there was an option to rename an applicaiton. Initially it was not an option to copy an application at all in 11.1.2.4 but by popular demand this was re-introduced at some point.  You also used to be able to rename an application with the old HFM 11123_702 Copy App Util (HFMCopyApp) , however  I when I used  this most of the tables were correctly renamed but it seems that in Shared Service and Workspace to old name was still known.  In the log file I got the following two errors.
