OSM Order State not changing from Amending to InProgress

Hi,
Let me lay down the scenario for you guys :
Assumed, we have 4 tasks
Task A
Task B
Task C
Task D
All 4 tasks have compensation set to redo, and Task D compensation is redo +When amendment occurs this task will be compensated if it is : completed or inprogress
Now version 1 order, has completed A,B,C and is now in D. The task D is in accepted state, request has been sent, waiting for response.
When version 2 is submitted. order state goes into Amending, A,B,C, is redone. Now task D is also redone and request has been sent and waiting for response (exactly the same state that task A was in )
