IT transaction come in through R47121 has not updated the quantity on-hand in F41021 but ledger has
About 80 IT transactions came in through the interface into E1. This is processed by the report R47121. All the IT transactions are updated in the item ledger. Quantity is reduced from the on-hand in the From location. But the quantity is not correctly added in the to location (on-hand in F41021). Each transfer was for quantity 2880 E.
Total quantity before IT Transfer
in FROM location =115200
in TO location = 0
After IT transfer,
in FROM location = 0
in TO location = 112320
There are no failures/error message in Work center or in F41021WF.

What can be the root cause of the issue? How can this be resolved?
