Pick tickets and back orders

Hello!

I have a client that is asking for a solution to an issue with pick ticket printing. 

They want to be able to print the backordered lines, but only if the order has other items on the same order that are shippable.  So, if everything is backordered nothing would print, but if just one line of the order was shippable, then it would print all of the items (backorders included). 

I know you can change the processing options to bypass printing backorders,  but is there any way to have it not print based on the status of the other lines on the order?
