JDE E1 42 F4211 GRWT regulatory requirement for gross weight

My client has a regulatory/government requirement to report item net and gross weights. I can define containers in P46091 and associate them to item groups in P46011 and I can see the shipment weight taking the container weight into consideration but for the whole shipment (F4215), not individual items. I see there's field GRWT on F4211 but it is marked as for future use; I don't see a net weight and gross weight on F4942. Where are the gross and net weights being stored, if at all?

From this other community post, , it seems that the only option is P415104 but is for bulk which is not the case for my client. If the gross weight is not stored somewhere already, can we get and update so gross weight is entered into F4211.GRWT when items have containers associated to them, please?
