Rent Free Periods in Property Manager Lease Agreements

We are exploring typical use cases in Oracle Property Manager such as tackling rent free period, residual value guarantee, initial direct costs. For rent free period, the approach is to spread the discount (rent free amount) over the lease term.
Reference to one of previous discussion on the forum (Doc ID 1954033.1), in the payment tab, we entered the start date between actual cash outflow months. The approach seems fine from payables side of things but for accounting it did not spread the discount but just skipped the first month and calculated PV for remaining months. We have attached sample of expected calculations. Could you have a look and suggest how to populate in the tool.
