HMR to Permit or Reject Request URI or TO address headers with a Prefix

Hi fellows,

I would like you can help me with the following scenarios and be more clear with some doubt that I have.

User A=2222222

userB=abcdxxxxxxx (where x could be any digits). And all the called numbers( TO or RURI) have to start with abcd at the begining of the number. If not then I should reject this call.

Additional I have to permit just some called numbers without comming with the abcd prefix in the called.

Example: called numbers like 3334444 or 3334445.

I am thinking to do the following HMR using a  $MANIP_PATTERN in the realm, SA, etc.
