EBS 12.1.3 - how to find all items in modifiers with double, triple etc discount?

Hi,

We got around 2000 modifiers and it's hard for to look through all of them manually so is there any way to query all products that get more than one discount over each other when selling (overlapping ones). For example: item price in the price list is $100. In the sales order it's $20. I found a modifier for it, put the end date, and got $40 in Sales Order, Then I found another modifier, disabled it and finally got the original price in Sales Order.

I think the problem could be also in the absence of qualifiers in some of modifiers, so if anybody knows how to get a list of modifiers without qualifiers linked to them,it would be appreciated
