HTTP connection to FNDWRR.exe - Received fatal alert: handshake_failure

Dear Legends,

We have the below environment.

LB - F5 (https://news.ab.cd.org/)

Access Manager - Third Party (NetIQ) (https://accm.ab.cd.org/)

EBS - R12.1.3 (http://prod.aa.ab.cd.org:8000/) - DB - 12.1.0.2

Issue:

Login -> Concurrent-Request -> View Output -> Tools -> Copy -> Ctrl+s -> The File Name shows as "FNDWRR_exe" and type as ".mht"

It is not picking the File name and type correctly using FND_WEBFILE package in IE.

Whereas in Mozilla Firefox it works fine as expected.

Application Server and DB Server on separate Nodes.

Port 1521 and 8000 only allowed between these 2 servers. 80 is allowed from LB.
