Cancel date is reflecting after creation of sales order even after invoicing process

Hello Support Team,

when User is creating order to sales update process i.e. from status-520 to 999, the Sales order is showing cancel date even sales order has not been cancelled.

I have checked Processing option for the same then versions but didn't find any issue.

Why is sales order showing a cancel date in a field-"Cancel date", is there any idea?
