Color sql oracle AWR

Dear Expert : I got into a doubt and not finding any relevant document taking about this topic:

I am in process of upgrading and  testing my env multiple time and before i go in LIVE upgread , planing to capture the STS. but  as STS will not have all the SQL's trapped for any given point of time thought of  marking the sql as colored  which i just came to know after spending good amount of time into the DBA .

Can you please help me out with :

1. What is the threshold value for  color SQL at  dB level , some forms its says 100.
