How do I delete the account association for a contact using an inbound service?

We are using Oracle Sales Cloud(OSC) for our sales reps and this integrates with the UCM. Sales reps have the ability to remove a contact from an account in OSC. I need to be able to delete the Associated Account from the Contact in the UCM. I don't want to delete the Account just the association.(i.e. The S_PARTY_PER row needs to be deleted). I know that the LS Pharma Account Contact service performs this function. I have been unsuccessful in creating a workflow that runs this service to delete the association.
