BPM work space assigning members to roles using script/commands

We are trying to assign the members to the roles in the BPM workspace , this can be done through BPM workspace and EM console , is there any documentation or reference to assign the members to the roles through script or commands.

also any documentation on exporting and importing of roles from one environment to another.
