Hi,

When we try to open Oracle Forms, system is showing an error message "40735:WHEN-NEW_FORM-INSTANCE trigger raised unhandled exeception ORA-06508" in Status Bar.

System Details:

Oracle Forms and Reports: 12.2.1.3

OS: LINUX 7.4

Can you please help on fixing this issue.
