Setting up Oracle Database/Table flashback recovery

Hi Gurus,

Please help me to find the following:

I need to know how I can implement flashback recovery for an entire Oracle Database or if possible just a particular table.

The Version of Oracle DB is 11.2.0.3 or up

I have different platforms where I need to implement.  Need to know for Linux or Windows platforms:

Appreciate if you could point me to any relevant docs/Oracle Metalink ids that help me to set it up.
