Hi, I am trying to apply the most recent oracle patch (Patch 28163133: DATABASE JUL 2018 RELEASE UPDATE 12.2.0.1.180717) to my Oracle database test environment 12c version (12.2.0.1.0) EE with OPatch version: 12.2.0.1.14 and OUI version: 12.2.0.1.4.

However, I keep getting the output below;
