Processing Eaches through WMS

Hi,

Historically we have not shipped eaches (individual units) of our product - we have only shipped full cases at a minimum.  We are now looking into what it would require for us to start shipping this way.  The main question is around the Carton recommendation.  I have seen that there are ways to get multiple levels in P4620 e.g.

PAL1

            C1

                        2 EA Item XYZ

            C3

                        5 EA Item ABC

Is there a way to set the system up to give us these multiple levels up front, or will it always require us to rework the eaches into a case and then put those onto the existing pallet? We currently have Cases recommended into Pallets, but have not had a reason to get a 3
