PDBA Setup for multiple accruals

Hello Everyone,

I am looking for help on PDBA setup. Here are the details.

Starting from 10/1/2018, Team Members (workers) in Austin city accrue sick time. Currently they are not eligible. Team Leads are already accruing sick time but the accrual rate is being changed from rate of 0.023 to 0.034.

When team leads are borrowed from other cities by Austin, they accrue the sick time with new rate. For example, the team lead works 20 hours in other city and 20 hours in Austin, he/she should get sick time of 20*0.023 and 20*0.034.

Here is the problem. The regular PDBA is attached to all team leads in the company and new one which is created for new rate is also attached because they might work in Austin as well as other cities. When pre-payroll runs, it's calculating 40 hours with 0.023 and 40 hours with 0.034.
