Xstore Version 17 installation failed due to invalid user name and password

Hello Support,

I am installing version 17 Xstore but after all details provided while doing POS installations I am getting following error.

ProcessWrapperOutputRedirector] INFO  dtv.util.exec.ProcessWrapper - ORA-01017: invalid username/password; logon denied

But with the same details I am able to connect Database(12.1.0.2.0) in sql developer as well as sql plus.

I provided the encrypted values while doing installation SYSTEM as user and Micros123 as password.

please help me on this why I am getting an error.
