Running gridSetup.sh shows just a blank window

Hi, anyone seen this? I don't know where to start the troubleshooting.

Our jump server is on Windows.

Starting Xming and Putty on the Windows jump server and access Linux server with ssh. Testing with xclock and it is working fine.

Now starting gridSetup.sh and it just shows a blank window and never moves on to next step (screenshot in attachment).

Any ideas?
