Grid Infrastructure for Standalone Server 18c without ASM?

Hi Community,

in GI version 12.1.0.2 it was possible to install "Grid Infrastructure for Standalone Server" without ASM. It seems that the installer for version 18.3.0.0.0 does always need to create an ASM instance and  a single diskgroup. Is there a way to avoid creating ASM instance and use local filesystems only?
