Updated Validations

This post will be used to post updates to the published validations  Txt files with javascript to copy and paste into existing categories will be posted in order to avoid several small packages.

08/22/2018 - Updated the category CPIC: Product Validations to only require the Product Name.

08/22/2018 - Updated the category CPIC: IT Towers Validations to allow Funding Transfer Investments to submit values other than zero for the IT Security and Compliance Tower.

08/27/2018 - Updated the category CPIC: Investment Risks Validations to fix a typo that referenced the "risk" variable when it should have referenced the "status" variable.

10/3/2018 - Updated the category CPIC: Performance Metrics and Actuals Validations to remove the validation related to having one Performance Metric with a Measurement Category of "Financial"
