How to ship product in OSP flow

I want to use Outside Processing for one of my products.  But I also need to have a proper pick slip generated and sent to the warehouse.  Additionally I need a shipment notification sent to my freight carrier and a Bill of Laden generated.

Any thoughts or suggestions on how to accomplish this?
I have OSP working perfectly with WIP, Blanket PO, and ASL rules in place.

It is the picking and shipping that is causing me problems.

And we do not have WMS installed yet.

Again, any thoughts or suggestions are welcomed.
