Latest AD and TXK Release

Hi,

On R12.2.5 on Oracle Linux

To install TXK Delta 10 and AD.C Delta 10, I'm following note 1617461.1.

In section 4 we see :

4.1 Critical AD Patches

Patch 24591000:R12.AD.C   Delta9

Patch 26482811:R12.AD.C Delta 9

Patch 22889868:R12.AD.C

Patch 27405878:R12.AD.C (This patch delivers the latest version of adgrants. Refer to the readme for specific instructions.)

Patch 27423814:R12.AD.C

Patch 27595967:R12.AD.C

Patch 26708775:R12.AD.C

4.2 Critical TXK Patches

Patch 26400116:R12.TXK.C Delta9

Patch 26720231:R12.TXK.C delta 9

But some of them are DELTA 9. Should we apply them?
