T3's in JE are at detail DBA level, not summary - JDE 9.2

Hi,

We are experiencing issues with our JE's in JDE E1 9.2 in that the T3 portions of the JE are not summarizing in the one object [.2310] that we are expecting; we are seeing a line in the JE for each DBA.

  • We are not running JE's in detail during the JE step
  • The 00/DT for T3 Actual Burden JEs is Hard Code = N (per Doc ID 1454611.1 )

What else do I need to check? any suggestions as to why this is happening? I didn't see anything in OSupport for this ...
