RUP12 - 12.2.6 Patch Prerequisites

I've cloned a new test instance in preparation for loading RUP 12 and related patches to prepare for year-end 2018 processing/requirements.

We upgraded from 12.1 last year, and it looks like there are updates I need to install for AD and TXK as prerequisites to RUP12.  We also have some apps and DB opatches to load to correct an issue with adpreclone.pl.

I am not real experienced with opatch, but it looks like I am going to have to do several patching cycles because of the prerequisites.  First load the opatches to fix the adpreclone.pl issue on DB and apps side.  It looks like some of these are prereq's for the AD and TXK delta.10 patches (we currently have delta.9), so I'll have to go through the entire adop cycle for the opatches.
