Labour AAI set up for charging cost to different accounts based on different WO empoyee works on

Hi everyone,

Our JDE is E1 9.2. We have a business scenario we are facing the challenge using vanilla JDE Speed Time Entry. We created a custom solution to time entry to facilitate the need. With the new project, we try to move back to vanilla function to prepare us to use Employee Self Time Entry.

Our current custom approach:

WO has a asset class code ('X', 'E' etc) which we set up in AAI as the 'Job Type'. With combination of 'Union Code' + 'Job Type' (WO asset class) + 'Pay Type', a proper account is retrieved to post the timesheets (recharging BU will be from WO).
