Field Drawing Management

I have uploaded drawings for a project in the Field app.  In marketing material from Oracle's Prime website there is a screen image from the Prime Field mobile app that shows multiple tools (blue rectangle in the image below) that can be used on the drawings including markups, text, pictures, measuring/scaling, etc.  I need help navigating to where those options are in the Prime Field app.  When I open the drawings on an iPad all I see is a pdf image of the drawings with no functionality at all.  The screen I see is identical to the screen image below
