Open Enrollment - Vision plan not displayed if employee has dependents.

If an employee only goes through open enrollment, the medical, dental, and vision plans/options for employee only do display for the employee to select.

If an employee has dependents and goes through open enrollment, the medical and dental plans/options are displayed but not vision.

I have looked through the documentation, FAQs, etc. and have tried different options/setup and still can not get the vision plans to display in open enrollment for EE+1 and EE+Family.

Anyone have any ideas?
